Do I have to send photos?
No. If you are too busy, choose a short video call from the home, a phone call, or a visit. For visits we first confirm a few details by phone, and a R500 call-out fee applies. It is credited in full to your job if you book within 14 days. We agree a time on WhatsApp.
How quickly will you reply?
Within 24 hours on WhatsApp. If it is urgent, say so in your message.
Which areas do you cover?
The Durban North Coast and surrounds, including Ballito, Salt Rock, Umhlanga, Mount Edgecombe, Durban North and Hillcrest. Further away? Ask anyway.
How do you look after my belongings?
Teams work in groups of at least two with a named team lead. You set aside anything valuable first, such as jewellery, cash, documents and medication. We take photos of each room before and after.
What happens to the things I do not want?
You decide. Items can be offered to a local buyer, donated or thrown away. We explain the options in your quote.
